THIS MOVIE SUCKED

Julianne Moore was her typical *beep* self, controlling, just plain annoying. I knew I shouldn't have watched it given she is in it but I succumbed because of some positive reviews and the ravishing Amanda Seyfried. Sorry, this movie was profoundly lacking. For one thing, how could anybody fall in love with Julianne Moore's character? She's not only physically unattractive but her personality sucks. Note to self: Any movie with Julianne Moore is not worth watching.

YET YOU LOOK THE BOARD UP!

You're very perceptive.

Julianne Moore with nice makeup is a stone cold fox. I pity the man who can't appreciate a nicely matured red.

So why did you watch it then, chucklehead.

If you're talking to me:

I shouldn't have watched it given she is in it but I succumbed because of some positive reviews and the ravishing Amanda Seyfried.

I wanted to see Amanda's "acting chops," and so much more.

I thought cute and crazy fit her pretty well

i just finished re-watching it, which makes for my 2nd viewing, and it did not hold up for me this time around. i mildly liked it on initial viewing though.

5/10 (Thumbs Down)

p.s. the OP is a bit too hard on Julianne Moore though.

Geez man, you are a better judge of acting chops than many of the so called "directors" in Hollywood since Moore keeps starring in picture after picture. With your uncanny ability and superlative recognition of acting talent, why aren't you in Tinsel Town directing or at least working for a major newspaper as their film critic. Such a waste to post your keen insights on a board populated mostly by individuals that would say something like, "Casablanca sucks dude, it's in black and white."
