Where is this movie?

I would like to see this movie but I cannot find it anywhere. It seems to be playing in so few theaters that it is no wonder it has no box office success. I live in Toronto, Canada and this movie is nowhere to be found???

Premiered at TIFF in 2011, and was supposed to be released after. The release date got pushed back a couple of times, then opened in a few theatres and Video On Demand at the same time - Oct 5.

I'm from Burlington, ON, and it was not playing at any theatres that I came across.

A version was available on torrent sites, but was 4:3. Other versions are now available at 16:9.

Definitely worth watching any way you can!
