How would Emil know that Hana turned herself in to the Nazis. More so how would he know how to find that obsessed guy's heroine cinema? Where he seems to guess she turned herself over Nazis. These were some big jumps here.
shareI gotta agree with those observations. The way he happens to guess where she went, uncover her secret life, then find her at the precise time & place where she's being led away (while he's getting beat up by Nazis, no less) is sort of a "Hollywood" melodrama ending, in an otherwise good film.
