What's up with Mary Jo and Radon this season?

First off, what's up with the way Mary Jo's acting this season? It's like she got dumber or something? And she looks and talks like she's high or drunk 24/7 now. I wonder if they told Frankie Shaw to play her differently because she totally different from how she was last season.

And where the hell is Radon? I mean what happened to him? I don't remember them ever explaining why he's not on the team anymore. What's up with this show and keeping a black lead? First the guy who plays Craig Shiloh gets arrested and is cut and now the dude who plays Radon is gone. idk what happened to that guy

They did explain it, re-watch the episodes.

Radon's shoulder got messed up after Thad hit him at the end of Season 2.

Mary Jo went lesbian, and her character appears to have been completely written out of the series or downgraded to a recurring character.

I'm sad to see both of them go. They had really grown on me by the end.
