Why was Lisbeth just charged with Zala's attempted murder?

Overall I found the trilogy enjoyable. With the first being the clear standout. However, I would be very grateful if someone could help me out with an issue with the plot. Why was Lisbeth just charged with Zala's attempted murder? Surely she should have been charged for that in addition to the triple homicide she was on the run for in the second film relating to Dag, his partner Mia and Nils Bjurman.

At the time Lisbeth was being charged, everyone knew Niederman was the one responsible for their deaths.

Thanks for your reply, I figured that was the case alright, I just simply didn't pick up on any dialogue to that effect while watching.
