Season 1, 6 episodes, 3 independent stories. Didn't grab me on the first episode but it moves steadily along. The lead is a thoughtful presence and the assistant he acquires in the second story helps. If they make another season I'd watch it.
This is available for me to view, however, Bertie Carvel did such a good job playing a sniveling snake in a previous series I watched (Babylon) and it has sort of kept me from watching this show. He just did too good of a job playing a horrible character in that show.
I take it he doesn't play the same sort of slimy-like character, right? If so, then I'm going to give this a look....
