shareI loved the anthem. The TV Series takes itself terribly seriously, so it was refreshing to see a bit of gallows humour creep in. The Christmas party on the whole is a really great touch because it demonstrates the movie is its own beast. It showed all these super secret squirrels and their many underlings doing the same stupid stuff that people do at every office party, like drinking too much and having ill-advised casual sex in dark corners.

They must have sung the 1943 version. There were 2 more versions after 1943. I looked this up after watching the film.
