Three Questions about Fresh (2022) spoilers

I have three major questions about this movie:

1) Steve performed surgery on Mollie but what exactly did he take?? She doesn't seem to be damaged/injured in any way so is there something I'm missing? I know it's not important to the plot but I expected to see her missing a hand or something, idk.

2) At the end, the wife comes to the house with the courier dude that picks up the meat deliveries (the guy with the long braid in the suit) - where the heck does he go?? Again, I could be missing something but I don't hear her say to him 'you can leave now' or anything... He just conveniently disappears. It just doesn't make any sense to me that she wouldn't want him to stay with her seeing as her husband was just MURDERED by a group of women who are now on the loose! Like what the heck? Am I missing something??

3) I've read online that the wife having an amputated leg meant that she used to be a prisoner of Steve's but I don't think that's the case. Steve says to Noa that the ultimate sign of love is giving yourself to your partner (to eat) so I think that means his wife willingly gave the lower half of her leg to him, but maybe there was a detail I'm missing that indicated otherwise??

3. Yes, we’re meant to believe she was another prisoner that he ended up falling in love with, like he was doing again now.

Maybe I'm confused too because it seemed he removed the cheeks but then she seems to be able to sit just fine after a relatively short recovery. I feel like they were trying to be clever in having him take something from her, but also not have to deal with that in the rest of the movie. Unfortunately it just made that "loss" seem a little meaningless by the end.

Yeah I thought the same thing. I was expecting him to have a special chair for her to sit in or something.

1. i’m pretty sure he cut off her breast as she keeps grabbing onto it in pain during their escape, and steve never said who’s breast noa was eating.

2. my guess is that he ran away so that he could survive, or maybe mollie attacked him before killing the wife? to be honest i don’t really know, as we don’t see his body so he must have fled.

3. to be honest the wife’s story is confusing as it doesn’t really reveal anything, but my theory is that she was one of steve’s victims but she ended up becoming pregnant with steve’s child, so he allowed her to be free and raise the child as long as she didn’t tell anyone about what steve was doing. she agreed and steve bought her a house and she raised her children there with him. they also married eachother to stop suspicion, but the wife actually ended up falling in love with steve explaining why she attacked noa at the end.

Our prudish, MeToo inspired attitudes around sex have actually left women naive and vulnerable to the most dangerous predators, oddly enough. Lots of gals are living home for either university or work, without being aware that any guy wants to eat anything other than beaver is likely more akin to Hannibal Lecter than he is Christian Grey

2) The wife tell to he courier dude when she see Steve's body something like "put him in the freezer and we need to clean this up" he was probably in the house cleaning
