My review
This movie is uneven and a little too long, but there are some really great moments in there. Although Julianne Hough and Diego Boneta are miscast, the rest of the cast are good, especially Tom Cruise. Some of the songs don't work as well as they should, but some are genuinely enjoyable and fun. It is a flawed, messy film, but with enough merits to earn a recommendation. My rating is a 7/10.
