Sherrie was adjusting her shirt because after she dropped the scotch on the floor, Stacee crouches down in front of her and tries to touch her shoulder to comfort her (in a "don't worry about it" kind of way), in the process pushing that part of her shirt down from her shoulder to her bicep. When they exit the room, she notices and fixes her shirt. That's it.
Apparently they bang in the stage-show though, but I've only seen the movie so I wouldn't know for sure.
