I mean they don't look alike or anything but it seems as though he could have played this role.

Me too. But it looks hilarious and I agree Spacey would be to obvious. Thats actually what i was pointing out

My brother saw Se7en when he was younger and has been scared of Kevin Spacey ever since. Even if he's in a comedic role, he still thinks of him as John Doe.

Kevin might've been better as the criminal, if anything.

Warwick's crazy, but also needy and insecure in a way that's perfect for David Hyde Pierce. Spacey seems to naturally self-assured to be this delusional. Or at least this particular variety of delusional.

Yes, I briefly thought David Hyde Pierce was channeling Kevin Spacey. But I MORE thought he was channeling Jim Parsons. An older version of Jim Parsons...
