Weird walk at the end of the movie
Always liked David Hyde pierce, but didn't care for this movie.
What was up with that weird walk he had at the end of the movie?

Watching now and I think it just may be because he's a different persona when he's a cop. It was kind of a tough cop walk.
Was looking at interviews for the film and found this:

I asked about the distinctive walks that the main character, Warwick, has in the film. Nick said it was not in the script, but something that David contributed. David talked about the character’s aspects and described how he wanted to be able to “physicalize that in a way that was noticeable, but not so extreme that it wasn’t believable.” It was delightful to hear how an actor was able to enhance his performance with such support by his director.

He had that walk early on in the movie too. I notice it right away when he was in his house.
I personally loved the movie, I just couldn't stop laughing.

at the end of the movie, we see him reverting back into his real walk. Even though he works as a cop, he is only playing the part of a true cop. In reality, he is nothing like the cop character he portrays at work. When he's at his own home, he's in his element and can walk as flamboyantly as he so chooses, which he most certainly does. lol
shareIt marked the transition from being on the job to doing what he loved most, being the psychopathic host. The detective had agreed to come over for dinner and he had himself a dinner party to plan!
