This was a great movie...well worth watching

My husband and I happened upon this movie on Netflix and watched it one Sunday afternoon. What a shocker..I won't give anything away if you haven't seen it, but it is really, really good. I couldn't stop thinking about it for days afterwards.

David Hyde Pierce shows his versatility in this film. Kind of a modern day Hitchock-feel to it, imo.

I liked it a lot too, but

**spoilers SPOILERS**

I felt like the ending fell SO flat. I was so with it up until the cop got the letter from Mexico. The ended from there on just seemed so obvious. Bleh.

I loved it, I'll recommend it to anyone, unfortunately some will hate it and feel it a waste of time. I can't really warn them without spoiling or diminishing it though. I've never been jerked around so much by a movie and actually enjoyed it. I guess DHP made all the difference.

I agree with the guy saying the very end fell flat. Sure I laughed, but it just seemed unecessary or tacked-on haha

Yep. The title of this thread should have been "This was a great performance"

Niles is nothing short of brilliant. Rises above uneven material and plot to provide a performance that was oscar-worthy, imho.
