Jazz fusion song when he is first drugged?

When he first sits down in the chair and is callig out. Then Warwick holds the wine up to him and says something about how cheeky it is or somn.
There is a great fusion groove playing in the background. I searched the soundtrack and cannot figure what it is.
Anybody know?

Late reply, I know. But I only just saw the movie.
