Last Scene Film Location?

I am going to England in a few months and am DYING to find out where the last scene of the film was shot (the field where Kathy stands). It is absolutely beautiful and am hoping with all my heart that I will be able to visit the location, if I ever figure out where it is. Can anyone help me PLEASE??? Thank you!

It looks like a million other fields in the UK. For great scenery try either Scotland or the Lake District.

A good book/film is a good book/film no matter how old you were when you read/saw it.
