What happened to Mrs Lucy?

I did not find anything in the threads, but what happened to Mrs Lucy?

We learn that she was fired from that school, and then Kathy (i think) mentioned her again, she said sth like 'look what happened to Mrs Lucy'. Is she supposed to be an organ donor and died?

She was just fired, nothing extra happened her, just had to look for job somewhere else.
