Highlight Video, part of Constantin Film, has announced a DVD/Blu-Ray rental release date for November 2010. Maybe there's a limited theatrical release date in advance in late summer...

Still no dates for US, UK and other markets.

Received an Email from Amazon.de today that The Resident will be released on Blu Ray on 31.12.2010. Sofar it appears to be only available from Germany. No mentioning on either Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk. ???????????????????
