Actually a really good movie

I watched this for the first time last year on Hallmark or ABC Family. I love practically any Christmas movie, but went into this one with a sort of negative attitude. The characters and settings were great. I think a big par of movies, especially Christmas movies, are the settings and how they look. The Home Alone house was a very "Christmasy" house, which added to that movie and I think we have the same thing here. Brooke Burns is gorgeous and very likable as was Dexter and Henry Winkler gave a great performance as Uncle Ralph. All around, this is a great holiday movie.

I agree. I flipped to this on just to watch a couple seconds of the Fonz expecting a cliched and cheesy movie. I was surprised at how much I liked it. Sure story wise it's the same thing we've seen a thousand times and we know how it's gonna end. But it was just really well done! You can't go wrong watching a holiday movie like this, and it sure beats watching another incarnation of The Christmas Carol.

I just watched it for the first time tonight and I really enjoyed it! Must say I didn't have high expectations but I was satisfied. It had some laugh out loud moments and I simply loved The Fonz in this. And how gorgeous a couple are the two main characters? Eye-candy for everyone! This is definitely going into my collection of must-see Christmas movies!

Good IMDb score so I watched it and ended up loving it. One of the best tv movies I've ever seen.

Yeah, I enjoyed it too. 8/10 from me.
