Blue ray
Is the Blue ray picture that much better then the standard dvd for animated movies
shareIt's a legitimate question, and I'd say uprezzing from DVD is probably is a lot more passable with animation than bluray. But these 2 animations in particular have a decent amount of detail (especially the Hulk vs Wolverine one where the line work seems all hand drawn) it's more impressive on Bluray.

They also make use of the additional storage space to add DTS soundtracks at their full bitrate of 1536 kbps which has now been rebranded DTS-HD I believe.
