Hulk Vs Wolverine was in it's structure a more natural story to set up this take on the Hulk.

Meanwhile the Thor story was much more epic and therefore frankly a far more logical climax.

I don't think it is a set order. Its what ever you want to watch first. I did watch Wolverine then Thor.

If you order ON Demand you have to watch em in the order their placed on the DVD.

I agree or they could've never done the wolverine one as wolverine was far too overpowered.
More of a Mary sue then usual making the whole episode far too inconsistent.
