Which one is your favorite character?

So I've been holding off on seeing seasons 4&5 since I don't have cartoon network, I have to buy all the shows I watch from amazon and I've heard bad things about them. Jonesing for for a children's hospital fix, I went back and watched seasons 1-3 over the past few days and god are they funny as ever.

Overall I'd have to say Owen is my favorite regular series character. His moments with Lt. Chance Briggs are just hysterical. Him forgetting when 9/11 happened and asking "are you sure I thought it happened in January?" Was priceless. I could see some people getting offended by it, but that's why I watch comedies like this, they're no holds barred over the top ridiculousness is hysterical. Him trying to nail ghost Lola in season 2 is...oh my god I laughed so hard. His character is the one that consistently makes me crack up the most, they're all amazing though. Who is your favorite/ which one do you find funniest?
