Random interviews - Todd Hanson

Todd Hanson seemed like a random person to get so much time on screen.

I had to look him up on imdb. Aqua Teen Hunger Force is something he had worked on, and I'd heard of that, but not something that brims with authority.

He says all of the faults and quirks we dislike about the prequels are there in the original trilogy. ??? Actually, no. He cites Threepio being taken for a God by the Ewoks. That was entertaining and it poked fun at superstition. It wasn't Jar Jar buffoonery.

Obviously the list is endless when it comes to problems the prequels have that the OT doesn't. At this point the discussion is moot, though. I guess we can cling to our old copies and that's it. Who has plans for the next 5 years waiting for 3D re-releases? I don't.

I didn't hate Crystal Skull or Red Tails. I'm not anti-Lucas. But I sure don't share the zeal over the 3D of TPM.
