There's about a minute worth of new footage in the version of the film posted on Youtube. The places I noticed were after we see Gollum steal the fish there is a scene where the other ranger leaves on horseback and then some extra shots after the elves rescue Aragorn of CGI forest flyovers.

Yeah, I saw that, too. I'd like to see them add in even more footage (provided it makes sense to do so).
