I just got done watching this on thehuntforgollum.com and I thought it was amazing. The cast and crew did a wonderful job. I liked the storyline and how it was a prequel to Fellowship of the Ring. Another good fan made film I would recommend is Reign of the Fallen which is an independant Star Wars film. Also very good.
Down the dark decades of your pain, this will seem like a memory of Heaven.

shareI lol'd through this movie. I do like the trilogy. I dont care if its 3k budget and 160 voulenteers, it still wasnt that great. The action was lol, gollums voice was just ridiculous, no real concept in its self, video quality below average. Better luck next time, sorry.
shareGollum's voice was a bit funny but saying you don't care about the tiny budget and then critisizing something like the video quality seems a bit silly. Whether you care or not what they did with the amount of money they used is pretty amazing.
Also, all the films asides you have commented on are awful and obviously so without having to watch them. Why the *beep* would you not only watch but go comment on the internetz after? xD
I thought the action was actually very cool, and most of the time Gollum's voice was spot-on (amazingly similar to Andy Serkis' portrayal too).
