A non-profit fan made movie it was done very well. The acting wasn't too bad and the atmosphere and music gave the movie a middle earth feel.
Any LOTR fan should watch it just to check it out.
It actually made me want to re-watch the LOTR trilogy again.

Couldn't agree more. I mean it wasn't a master piece or anything. But the acting, direction and action was surprisingly good. A lot better than I've seen in movies with a gazillion times the budget recently. And a treat for any LOTR fan(especially since it was free). Makes me want to rewatch the trilogy again.

The production value was amazing, the acting was okay but my one problem... the writing.. sorry but that's really terrible. Awful. It rips of many of the Actual trilogy's lines and is was bad corny and fluf, a lot of the stuff that happened was just LOTR trilogy in a diffrent Aragorn sentered coat.. Gollum was also very annoying but that might have been on purpose. But really the bad writing ruined it for me, i just forced myself to watch because i wanted to see the scenery and amazing production value, but he should think again before writing another movie like this.
I realise it sounds very harsh, but the writing is just terrible, no more, possilbly less.
