Is this supposed to be a comedy? Aren't comedies supposed to be funny?
I'm 20 minutes into this thing and I haven't even chuckled once. It's like watching a sitcom

I hope you watched the whole movie. At about 20 minutes I thought it was pretty stupid, but then I really got into it. Not the classic some people think it is IMO, but pretty funny.

Next time you see me, it won't be me

Of course I didn't watch the whole thing. Just like a crap, if it doesn't happen in a 10 minutes or so I give up. I have other things to do than to sit around and wait.

I watched it yesterday, and honestly thought there was something wrong with me because I didn't laugh once. One of my coworkers lent me the bluray becauawe he said it was so funny and I had to see it.

I was not impressed at all, and I honestly couldn't wait for it to be over. Don't get me wring it's a cute movie, but not for me.

This movie was horrible. The humor was idiotic. The minions are there to appeal to the lowest audience denominator. The fact it has such a high score is truly sad. I saw a bit of this on a plane and chose to turn off the screen and stare at the seat in front of me and I got more laughs. Anyone over 3 years old who finds this funny has brain damage.

I know, right? Some people are just so full of themselves that they won't laugh at anything. They just turn their noses up and scoff at us commoners who watch such childish or sophomoric drivel.

I laughed right at the opening scene when I saw Gru's car. Only a truly despicable person would drive a car that not only is a gross polluter, but seemed to be built specifically to be so in order to annoy greenies.
