Hands down, the funniest scene for me was the toliet/bathroom scene with Tracy and Danny!!! I was ROTFLMFAO in the theater and so was everyone else! It was a ruckus in there!!! LOL!
But yeah may I add anything Danny Glover said in this movie had me cracking up and James Marsden STOLE the show IMO... this dude was HILARIOUS in this!
You are soooooooo right!! Everyone in the theater at the same time were screaming and saying "ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww" it was great! Ruckus in my theater too =) James Marsden was very good. I've never seen him in a comedic role (Enchanted was the closest movie).

When Oscar started singing Amazing Grace....whole theatre was laughing even after he finished! Any scene with James had the theatre rolling. Gotta love that man!

All of Glover and Marsden's scenes were hilarious. My other favorites are:
- Ryan tackling Frank and tying him up. And when Frank knocked his glasses off ("I CAN'T SEE NOTHIN!")
- Norman's random rambling about the KFC recipe being stolen from "a slave named Jubilai."
- Aaron, Ryan and the deceased's brother (Ron Glass) trying to fight Oscar after he knocked over the coffin
- The revelation that the father was gay through the statues and the Madonna book
- Ryan's comments and reaction when he sees the photo
- Norman's misunderstanding of pigment mutation ("You mean like the Incredible Hulk?")
- "Hey, SpongeBob's on!"
- When Brian tried to hug Michelle. ("...You don't have to come")
- The two moments when Frank was dropped on the ground, especially when Jeff and Norman were trying to hide him from Uncle Russell
Weird is the new normal.
All the parts that had James Marsden had me in hysterics.
The part that I was actually crying from was when Oscar was singing at the mother. It was hilarious!!!

I have to disagree I don't think James marsden was at all funny in this movie. I think I cracked up once- and i cant even remember when. The only bit where i laughed out loud was the poop scene, that had me in hysterics. The rest of the comedy was so-so. And off topic but christopher columbus is yummy :D
share- when Uncle Russell was hitting the guy in the shoulder with his cane in the car
- when Frank bursted out of the coffin at the end like "WTFFFFF?!?!?!?!"
- Aaron looks in the coffin and sees the Asian guy and says "You got Jackie Chan in there!"
- When Aaron and the guys thought Frank was dead and were discussing how to get rid of him, someone suggests that maybe no one say him come in and Aaron yells out "He's 4 F-ckin feet tall!!"
- Oscar was reeeeeeeally funny when he was out in the courtyard and everyone wanted to kill him for knocking over the coffin!
- When Uncle Russell crapped on the guy's hand and he would have been fine except he panicked and splashed crap all over himself, LOL

And I also like the scene where the coffin moves and the midget guy came out screaming and then everyone goes nuts.
The bit where Martin Lawrence's character shows up for the first time and goes on a rant about his first class flight experience.... "But I guess that's the thing about flying first class, no matter how much you pay, if the plane crash... you still end up dead" and then he uses his hand to show a plane crashing. I was crying with laughter. Funniest moment for me by a mile!
