At the age of 77, Robert B. Parker was found just sitting at his desk, dead of what is believed to be natural causes, at his home in Cambridge. An official statement is expected later today. Parker's family, said to be in shock.
shareI so wish he'd spent more time on the Jesse Stone novels, rather than the westerns and Sunny Randall. I like all his work, but I'd like to see Selleck do Stone forever, and with Parker's material, rather than ad-libbing it. There is now a finite amount of material. Sadly.
