Great line about proof vs. truth

A great line that Jesse spoke, but I can't remember verbatim. It went something like:

"Just because there isn't any proof doesn't mean it isn't true."

Can anybody quote the exact line?

(Kind of like his other, similar line: "I know it. I just can't prove it.")

What he said (according to the subtitles) was:

"Just because there's no proof doesn't mean it isn't true."

Jesse was talking to Healy right after

Alan was killed by the car.
