A movie about a deranged hobo killing people

This wasn't Michael Myers in this movie, he barely wore the mask and when he did it looked like fucking shit with half its face tore off and his gigantic beard sticking out of the neck. 90% of this movie we see a fucking hobo with a huge beard going around in a hoodie traveling the land.

I don't no how many times in this movie in broad daylight we get long shots of his entire face, just showing us this fucking bum, this hobo looking bum. This isn't the boogeyman, this isn't evil, its a long haired giant bearded hippie hobo.

Thats what this movie was, a dirty hobo on a killing spree, just take Halloween out of the title and call it "Hobo With A Knife".
