Not so bad..
Michael was at his savage best in this one, extremely violent..
shareOtherwise, it's extremely awful.
shareYep, it's actually even worse than bad. Horrible movie that should never have been made.
shareIts a popcorn flick for me. The paul rudd one and halloween resurrection are the worse
shareits ok
shareJust watched this and yeah it’s god awful! Absolutely terrible and like others have said it should never have been made. How the hell was Zombie allowed to return and make another film ? Awful.
shareYea this was the best Halloween movie of them all
shareI don't think it's bad at all. People just hate it because it broke all "the rules" of the Halloween series. Michael is "supposed" to be silent. In this one he grunted and spoke a single word. Michael isn't "supposed" to be seen without a mask. He walks around without it for a big part of the movie. Loomis wasn't who he is "supposed" to be. He is more concerned with his celebrity status than anything else. And Laurie isn't "supposed" to be a grungy, wreck of a person who can barely get from one day to the next.
Everything people expect from a Halloween film, he did the exact opposite so they don't like it for being so different. But if you get "the rules of the franchise" out of your head and enjoy the movie for what it is rather than what it's "supposed" to be, you may find that it is a beautiful looking, well made story about trauma.
The two Rob Zomibie movies are better than the new ones.
