I always wondered what happened when someone got 'blissed' when they were either driving, or flying a plane/space shuttle?
Blissing should come with a warning not to participate in when driving or operating heavy machinery.

The Vs would die happy though. :)
I doubt Anna would bliss while a V shuttle was in the air. She wants humans to trust her, and even one crash can make people less trustful.
As for car crashes or anything else of Earth origin, it wouldn't matter to her. The fault wouldn't be traced back to the Vs.
Of course, there is an issue of the V body being found. Anna relies on Vs taking their suicide pill if there is any risk of being found. That's an issue for any sort of accident though, not just bliss related.
