Loved season 1....then....ugh...

Just finished watching the second season. It was tough to make it through it. Yikes did it get bad!

I really liked season 1 a lot. Not perfect but certainly interesting for a person who loves "alien" stuff. Then the second season just fell off the rails! I thought I was watching The Dark Knight or something. Anna was The Joker...everyone else on the show was a moron to make her look smart. Suddenly, just like The Joker, she can get everyone to work for her and betray their friends.

Ryan supposedly wanted to get his daughter away from Anna...except he suddenly wanted to keep his daughter with her so Anna could make her stop crying. The stupid priest kept prattling on and on about how they couldn't risk one friggin' human life in order to save humanity. Really? Tyler reacted to his father's death by wanting to live on the V ship, then blew off Lisa (dude...really?) only to get pissed off when she was making out with someone else.

Humanity kinda deserves to die in this universe. Good riddance...the V are obviously just a part of evolutionary Darwinism. I actually cheered when Tyler and Ryan died.

Yes, and worst of all...less Joshua. :(

Overall though, it really felt like the writers were making it up as they went. The soul plot was just silly.

I really tried to like Ryan, but it really got to the point where I felt like "Just die already!"

As for Tyler, I think everyone cheered when he died.
