What would you do if you heard the apocalypse was coming?

I wouldn't spend any time trying to enjoy the last days of my life. That seems pointless and indeed counterproductive. It makes much more sense to me to put all of my energy into trying to prevent the apocalypse altogether, or, failing that, at least avoid dying myself.

I mean, who cares if the last two weeks of your life were fun if you still died at the end of them?

All of this is assuming that the whole apocalypse thing has been verified, of course. Otherwise just ignore the silly people who think the world will end.

Personally, I wouldn't want to figure out how to.survive I don't think. Because what would be left of everything? But survival instinct can be strong. I'd probably go home to be with my family.

I thought I would have turned to hedonistic behavior but, after watching this, I would go to be with my loved ones and just talk, eat, drink, play, cry, laugh and try to function on as little sleep as possible to spend as much time as I could with them. This movie put me in an existential crisis after watching it. Aren't we all facing the end of the world at any time? So, why do we waste so much time doing other things that are not important. We need to make enough money to live but, after that, why collect useless possessions, experiences or people in our lives.

If it was something that I thought was preventable, I suppose I'd invest my time/resources into trying to prevent it.

Gigantic asteroid though? Yeah... nothing I can really do to prevent that.

I suppose I'd gather up as many of my extended family/friends and enjoy whatever time we had left together. Probably end up eating poorly, drinking a lot, reminiscing a lot about better times.

It would probably fall somewhere in between what Corddry's character and Kneightley's characters were doing.

I can't say that I'd be doing a bunch of heroin and partner swapping, but, I also don't think that I'd be so fixated on chartering flights for people.

I'd get as many people together as it was feasible to get together, and we'd just celebrate the time we had left, and the memories we had made while we were on the planet.

Again... this is only if I knew the apocalypse was for sure coming and 90+% of the world agreed. If I was on the fence about it, I'd continue to do what I do every other day and go about my life as normal.

Can you say when your last 21 days ever will be? What's the cut off? You live life normal, knowing the asteroid is 10 years away? 5 years? 1 year? Seems like, maybe everyone is wasting their time, when eventually the asteroid comes for us all.

Find a big castle, scatter guns and ammo in various locations, and see if anyone feels like playing a game of Doom for real...

Have my first kiss with an attractive person or celebrity crush of mine haha.

The previous comment was deleted. What's so great about tape? Or were they talking about crepe? Crepes are pretty good.

I'm not sure exactly all of what I would do, but I can tell you what I wouldn't do; I wouldn't fret over how many calories I ate or anything else I put in myself whether it be food, drink or drug. Yep, the end would be full of a lot of chocolate cake, expensive scotch whiskey and the best coffee I could find. Oh and somehow I think I'd be okay with skipping the gym, too.

But what do I know. I'm just a girl.
