Pleasantly Surprised
I was expecting to go into this movie with Seth Rogan trying to get some easy laughs from a situation surrounding a guy who has cancer but I was pleasantly surprised.
This movie had a good balance of seriousness, compassion, struggles to overcome strained relationships and reality mixed in with a bit of comedy here and there.
Joeseph Gordon-Levitt portrayed the cancer patient extremely well. I've been impressed more and more with his roles in other movies too.
This is an extremely touchy subject, which is why I've been avoiding this movie for a long time, but it deals with it pretty well and wouldn't mind recommending it to others.
