I would've loved to see Cate Blanchet instead. I don't even think I'll watch the remake. While I'm not a fan of Gwenyth, I'm less of a fan of Nicole. She gives the same expression(s) every single time. And now that her face is frozen with botox and her lips have been obscenely enhanced, I can't watch her try to act without cringing.
Paltrow can't act for *beep*
Personally I find Nicole Kidman's frozen face weirdly captivating.
In Stoker I think it actually added to her character.
