Suggestions for any other awesome thriller/mystery movies like this..? this one was pretty perfect in my opinion, perhaps the best one I've seen in a while... :)

Have you watched "El Cuerpo" aka "The Body"?
It is not as good as "El secreto de sus ojos" but it is a good one too. It has an interesting plot with a nice twist towards the end.

I like Mystery/Thriller genres... In this one, the mystery element was not that strong but I feel it had many different layers - psychological, philosophical, romantic, etc...overall this was a movie that has an impact and stays with you for a while after you have seen it, that's what I liked about it...

I thought this movie was overrated. I can offer you up recommendations better. All three of these films are better:
Tell No One; Sleep Tight; The Hidden Face (but do not watch the trailer for The Hidden Face as it reveals the twist; just go in cold)
You will love all three.
maybe atonement is what you are looking for, it clings to you almost as much as this movie.

You should try Memories of murder, as it is the most unique detective movie you will ever see.
Murder on the Orient Express (1974), is also good if you haven't read the book.
Then, if you are interested in movies in Spanish, I would reccommend you to watch "Hable con ella", and "Mala Educación" From Almodovar. Both movies are a masterpiece and have kind of mistery.
