Why didnt Papa John just tell the judge who he really is??

He said he worked for the road crew. Why didnt he just tell the judge he was Papa John?? He probably woulda been like "Wow, I love your pizza." then let Defendor go.

Yeah right. I've had Papa John's pizza and I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

Saying that would have got him 20 years if the judge had any taste at all.
