For anyone who owns the DVD, what is the music that starts around the 00:42:00 minute mark?? It builds a bit slow, but it becomes REALLY recognizable about twenty-thirty seconds in. Perhaps a snippet from another "superhero" movie?

After a second-viewing, that familiar bit of music seems to be the Defendor theme itself. Does anyone know which earlier work it is a reference to?

I thought it was from Way of the Gun when I heard it.

Check out the end of "Starship Trooper" on the "Yes Album". Same chords - just a slower build. I kept expecting the theme to burst into a Steve Howe solo. Surprised the film's composer wasn't sued. Hey members of "Yes" this guy's ripped off your tune!
