Dumbest rerating ever?

Originally rated PG-13 for intense sequences of action/adventure violence, some frightening images, sensuality and innuendo.

Rerated to PG-13 for sexual content/nudity, language and some violence.

That doesn't even sound like a pirates movie, there's no actual nudity there's always something covering, pretty much no actual sexual content either, there are some innuendos definitely but not much else, the language is very mild and there's a very little amount of swearing at all, but the worst part is how they undermine the violence, I like these movies mostly for their creative action sequences and epic sword fights.

What do you think? Are there any other reratings that you think are worse?
