I've never seen a hammer movie before but i wouldn't mind seeing this one... are any of the other any good?
shareyes. although they've definitely lost their scariness over time, and there is the odd stinker, they're still a great watch, very entertaining.
and you can buy box sets for pretty cheap like.

It would depend if you like old movies, I suppose. I think the early Hammer Horrors are wonderful, but they are approaching 60 years old which tends to turn many people off these days. Sad but true.
However if you want to watch some I'd recommend Curse Of Frankenstein, Dracula, The Mummy for starters, and Plague of The Zombies, The Gorgon and The Reptile as good mid-60s examples of the company. Stay away from Lust For A Vampire and Legend Of The Seven Golden Vampires - turkeys of the worst kind!
