Just when you thought TMNT couldnt be any deader, this movie came along and *beep* all over it.

shareIf you seriously think that that 1993 monstrosity (which TMNT fans wouldn't stop bitching about for 21 years) is somehow above this in quality, you're completely delusional and thus your licence to critique films is completely revoked.
shareI wouldn't say TMNT III is better than this movie in terms of quality. They're both garbage imo. However, TMNT III at the very least has some decent martial arts choreography and one or two decent one liners (both mainly from Donatello). It also has the same Turtles from the first movie for the most part which is a plus.
So for me, TMNT III is also better than this one on those merits alone.
