In what scene(s) does he appear in? I've watched it a few times already and don't recall seeing him.

He's the Aferican American dude standing in the background when April is watching her old videos. I don't beleive he has a line in the movie.

This was going to be my question , if anyone thought that doctor who's face we can't see was supposed to be stockman. I see it is

I was wondering this, too. Given, about 30 minutes in I was only half watching the movie, but I didn't recall seeing him or hearing his name. I would watch it again and look harder, but I don't think I could bear it.

Yeah I saw the name in the credits and went "what the...?"

Remember the original cartoon when they would sell the toy and like a year later the character finally made an appearance (or in some cases never)? This felt like the same setup, intentions were there but it hasn't (yet) materialized.
