The Beat box scene (Spoiler)

The elevator scene with the turtles as Michelangelo begins to use his nunchucks for the beat box I was wondering if this scene was improvise by the actors because you see it in Leonardo reaction that he wasn't expected it so I was curious If the actors improvise the beat box bit but it's still a good scene and broken the tension

The four actors were beatboxing on set, just mucking around between takes and FX supervisor Pablo Helman noticed. He suggested they do that for the elevator scene. It worked so well they kept it in the film.

I say it help the movie because it broke the tension before the battle against The Shredder. Sometimes the simple ideas work
