Does a man play Dana Barrett?

I heard that women play the four Ghostbusters, a man plays the secretary Janine Melnitz, and the Ghostbusters sexually harass the secretary... but does that mean that a man plays Dana Barrett? They wouldn't even need to change the name since "Dana" is a unisex name.

Furthermore, do women play the characters of Walter Peck, Louis Tully, and the mayor?

Is Gozer played by Pee-wee Herman like in the original Ghostbusters first script draft?

it's not a remake of the 1984 movie, but a reboot. so none of the characters (or a gender swap counterpart) is in the movie, except for a mayor who's played by a man.

the story doesn't really have a love interest anyway. two of the female ghostbusters are sort of a lesbian couple (implied), the third one has a crush on the secretary, and the forth one seems to be in love with her own loud voice only.
