Not for those over 40

.....Or film art students. I'm seeing an over flow of movies like "It Follows" and "Under the skin" get all the praise when they are mediocre at best! Its like a step up from that horrible found footage BS that's finally starting to come to an end. This is why: in movies like it follows..ect there are like 5 or 6 people in the whole movie. Unrealistic. I see more people then that from my back porch. Then there are Giant plot wholes in these movies, I don't like to be confused and lost after a movie. The Evil Dead remake was creepy,a little funny and had the blood and guts factor making use of every traditional and non traditional aspects of horror. It didn't get the respect it deserves at all. A low budget movie where a lot of weird Sh#$t just happens for no reason IS NOT SCARY. Don't get me wrong most movies these days have plot wholes but you shouldn't be able to drive a car through it.

I'm pretty sure what he's saying is "Not for anyone that isn't annoyed with thinking, that likes that the originals were horror/comedies,& that doesn't think that films like Sophie's Choice should be turned into high budget special effects laden action films."

" Not for those over 40.....Or film art students"...... or for anyone of any age who likes original and quality horror filmmaking.

Many of the best horror movies have about six people in them! There's nothing better than seeing a director do a lot with a little. Kind of the opposite of Michael Bay...
