Shuttle leaving at end of episode 3?

Anybody know what was up with the shuttle (or big ball, whatever it was supposed to be) that is shown leaving Destiny at the end of episode 3?

It's not one of the Destiny's shuttles. Pretty sure it was an enemy drone ship departing that was tracking their location & heading.

Blue alien tracking ship. Will be explained latter in season 1
