I thought this was a thriller?? fix the genre please!!

DRAMA - Thriller - Mystery

Maybe the ability to read would have helped in this case...

In-film effects > CGI

Agreed, they're all there, but if you list them in order of significance you could end up with something like:

Mystery - Thriller - Drama

Oh, and dark comedy fits in there somewhere, as well. Before drama, I guess.

Agree about the dark comedy. Great point, how is that not listed?

I am glad I did not read anything about the movie like the GENRE...just rent it and watch it.

It is a thriller. And I think watching the trailer gives an accurate idea of what to expect from the movie.

It kind of started out as a mystery/thriller, but it surely ended up as a comedy.
The line "How can you make up so much so quickly!?" and Melissa Leos timing just cracked me up. Pretty much that whole entire scene was pure comedy. No clue how this is not listed as black comedy. On the other hand, this movie is kind of hard to categorize. It starts out pretty serious and just changes somewhere towards the end.

I couldn't agree more. This movie is terrible. But I laughed a lot.
