I didn't know that the term "gory" was only relative to other films. I also didn't know that a man having his head split vertically with this brains slapping to the ground wasn't considered gory. I also guess that part where a character hangs off the edge of a cliff holding onto only the intestines of a dead zombie through its mouth wasn't gory either. Or when the guy chainsawed his own arm off. What about when the five zombies tore a human being literally limb from limb? Yeah, none of that is gory because apparently Piranha 3D was gorier.
