I am shocked how short is his filmography as a director...as a producer turned director I love all of his movies...he directs with such lightness and fun...

Yeah First class was like 60s "boond spy film" mixed with superheroes...
very strange when you think about it but it turned out great..
I though that when next one will be in 80s it will take similar approach..but it didn´t...

Layer cake is amazing, you should watch it. It's different from his other movies.
Kick-Ass is amazing in my point of view. No company wanted him to make it, so he made it alone. A superhero movie that costs 30M... Think what he could've done with a decent budget.
X-Men was his only movie with a budget of over 100M, it's easier to deliver a product when you have so much money
He did a wonderful job on X-Men First Class.
